Gábor Lehel
Arcitect and Lead Developer
Gábor brings his extensive knowledge of programming languages to the team, which he applied in the design of Mike’s custom language. For him, Mike is the ultimate chance to transform years of theoretical learning into a practical tool. His meticulous nature led him to develop Mike's core language processing engine and to oversee the creation of the Mike Assistant, which interprets natural language requests into operational Mike files.
Miklós Hatwagner
Mike dashboard development
Miklós is a software developer specializing in Java, Python, and C/C++. In addition to developing software, he occasionally contributes to testing to ensure quality and reliability. He is an Associate Professor at Széchenyi István University, where he teaches and conducts research in optimization and evolutionary algorithms. Within the Mike project, he has worked on form templates and contributed to the development of the dashboard.
István Decsi
Team Lead
István is our Swiss Army knife when it comes to backend technologies, his strength is understanding projects on a high level and adapting to frameworks quickly. He joined the team from Morgan Stanley and brings his experience in providing a scalable, robust and performant application that is built to the highest standards. He manages the team since April 2025 and sets the roadmap for upcoming features, while also keeping in touch with customers and stakeholders.
Tamás Hollósi
Lead Backend Developer and Architect
Tamás enjoys solving tough problems, and the part he had the most fun with was designing a scalable, high-performance architecture that can support both small teams and big enterprises. For him, Mike is the ideal colleague he can rely on to handle the repetitive work so he can focus on solving exciting challenges.
