Gábor Lehel

Architect and Lead Developer

Gábor brings his extensive knowledge of programming languages to the team, which he applied in the design of Mike’s custom language. For him, Mike is the ultimate chance to transform years of theoretical learning into a practical tool. His meticulous nature led him to develop Mike's core language processing engine and to oversee the creation of the Mike Assistant, which interprets natural language requests into operational Mike files.

Miklós Hatwagner

Mike dashboard development

Miklós is a software developer specializing in Java, Python, and C/C++. In addition to developing software, he occasionally contributes to testing to ensure quality and reliability. He is an Associate Professor at Széchenyi István University, where he teaches and conducts research in optimization and evolutionary algorithms. Within the Mike project, he has worked on form templates and contributed to the development of the dashboard.

István Decsi

Team Lead

István is our Swiss Army knife when it comes to backend technologies, his strength is understanding projects on a high level and adapting to frameworks quickly. He joined the team from Morgan Stanley and brings his experience in providing a scalable, robust and performant application that is built to the highest standards. He manages the team since April 2025 and sets the roadmap for upcoming features, while also keeping in touch with customers and stakeholders.

Tamás Hollósi

Lead Backend Developer and Architect

Tamás enjoys solving tough problems, and the part he had the most fun with was designing a scalable, high-performance architecture that can support both small teams and big enterprises. For him, Mike is the ideal colleague he can rely on to handle the repetitive work so he can focus on solving exciting challenges.

Gergő Kollár

Frontend Developer

Gergő, as the youngest member of the team, brings a fresh perspective and high-velocity energy to the Mike project. He is deeply committed to achieving peak UX performance, ensuring that every user interaction is fluid and instantaneous.

Beyond the interface, he has a natural flair for architectural thinking, frequently diving into backend logic to design, optimize, and refine core systems. He thrives on brainstorming new features and exploring external integrations that expand the platform’s capabilities. For him, Mike is the perfect playground to bridge the gap between elegant design and complex functional logic.

Bence Kránitz-Balga

Software Tester

Bence is a software tester specializing in manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on ensuring quality and reliability. He quickly adapts to new technologies and contributes across multiple areas, including UI/UX improvements and smaller development tasks.

Within the Mike project, he is responsible for testing and validation, while also supporting marketing efforts and contributing creative ideas to improve the product. He enjoys working in modern environments where experimentation and innovation are encouraged, always approaching challenges with a “start first, figure it out along the way” mindset.

Kiczenko Gábor

Project Lead

Gábor brings over 30 years of experience in software development and architecture, combined with 15 years of leading teams and projects in the automation industry. His strength lies in turning complex ideas into practical, scalable solutions while keeping both technical and business goals aligned.

As Project Lead, he is responsible for guiding the overall direction of the Mike project, ensuring that development stays focused, efficient, and aligned with real-world needs. For him, Mike represents the culmination of decades of experience—building a tool that simplifies development workflows and empowers teams to focus on what truly matters.
